ESA Lawyers respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through esalawyers.ca, how we use it, who we share it with and the choices you have. It applies to this website. Information you share with us as a client is also protected by our professional duty of confidentiality.
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message.
Real estate quote form: your first and last name, email address, phone number, the property price, transaction type and location, and whether you are a first-time buyer.
Please don't send confidential details about a legal matter through the website until we have confirmed that we can act for you. Contacting us through this website does not create a lawyer-client relationship.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to deliver and protect the site. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when a page loads. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.
We use the information you send us to reply to your inquiry, prepare a quote, and follow up with you about your matter. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for marketing without your consent.
We share your information only with the service providers that run this website and its forms, such as our website host (Webflow) and our email provider. These providers may store information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local laws. We will otherwise share your information only with your consent or where the law requires it.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or as long as the law and our professional obligations require.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and this site is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure.
